Pros: Enjoy the smoothies and the Vegan Tofu Curry. Gym and the healthy kitchen is very friendly. Lots of light, plug ins for laptops and green plants. Great on a rainy day to chill out.
Cons: Love to see more veggie and vegan options. Saw the delivery menu has quite a few choices like dips and brown rice crackers. Yum!
Situated in the fitness centre NTFQ2 (Nutrifort) the food, as you'd expect has been carefully selected and itemized by calories, proteins, carbs etc. Probably the 1st time you'll actually be able to work out what you're actually eating.
I love this restaurant because I don't need to worry about if my food is too hot/ too fat which is not good for my skin or my weight. Food is fresh and tasty. Their smoothies are also very good. Salad and some Vietnamese dishes are delicious but the sandwich. The owner did a good job when creates a healthy menu and also a relaxing ambiance. They have a beautiful outside garden which is really chilling out. A little place to get out of city's noisy life.
"Near the end of the 3-2-1 Slim package of Nutrifort fitness. It is so sad because from next week I have to cook by myself and control the meals.
It’s really fun that I just discover the menu of Nutrifort is the Western foods, which is salmon, chicken, vegetables of Mexico, mashed potatoes, beef ... I am going to the Western foods so I feel very delicious. The beginners will find it a little difficult but eating naturally is good and addictive.
To reduce belly fat, you should cook light, low salt, no sugar, no MSG then you should steam, boil. It’ll be better for your heart and health.

I've been visiting this restaurant regularly and really like the atmosphere of outside garden restaurant connected with Nutrifort gym. Food was always fresh, very well seasoned and healthy. Grilled tuna sandwich and Good Eats breakfast are unbeatable!!
